Ovarian Cysts: That is a big cyst that should be followed by ultrasound and exam by a gynecologist. Must ask questions like is the cyst simple or complex, have solid structures, multiple, does it shrink and grow, is there sludge inside? Are you on birth control pills? It can rupture with severe exercise. Probably non-jarring exercise is safe. Be followed by a gynecologist. Most of these cysts go away.
