Lump on Nose: this needs to be evaluated by your physician as we can not see or feel the lump to evaluate it.

Infection: usually lumps that hurt are infections. The fact that it drained is also important for infection. Try a warm moist cloth three times a day for a few days. You still may have more to drain. If it is infection it will improve. If not better in a week or if it worsens then see a doctor.
