That sounds classic: For a "heat rash" which is a type of dermatitis. That said every good dermatologist I know says if it's a rash, you have to see it to make a diagnosis. See a family physician first in case it's something really obvious, but ask for a derm referral if you don't get better in 2-3 weeks of treatment.
