Are there harmful symptoms of delivery after 41 weeks?

No: If your dates are accurate then delivery at 41 weeks is about as long as you want to wait. Waiting longer can actually be more harmful as the placenta is not doing the same good job of feeding and oxygenating your baby because it is getting worn out.
