Take your baby to M: If it were my child I would take the child to a pediatric ER or to the child's Dr. asap.

Bring her to Dr. Now: It is worrisome that a child who has been on amoxicillin for 4 days is still having fever and pain. You should have your child seen immediately. You mentioned that only one tonsil is swollen with pus on it. She may have a peritonsillar access, which is a collection of infection behind the tonsil that may need to be drained.
There are other possibilities but have her re-evaluated urgently!
