41 female, in june had excer strs test ekg chst xray bloodwork all normal i do smoke and i am on bp med pressunder control. safe to say my heart is ok?

Heart health: While the test results you report are good news, they do not necessarily prove that your heart is healthy. Smoking can cause heart disease, and a conventional exercise stress test may not identify coronary artery disease, especially in females. Quitting smoking will reduce risk, and a nuclear stress test may give more information.
