Of course, ....: All gender of any age may contract gonorrhea as long as having been exposed through contacting the mucosa with micro-injuries of gono-infected (symptomatic or asymptomatic) persons. So, be checked out timely if suspecting gono-related Sx after exposure.

Yes and Yes: Women and men of all ages can be infected by gonorrhea if exposed to it. If you are having vaginal discharge pelvic discomfort or feel you are at risk you should see a health care provider and be tested.

Yes!: Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease; it doesn't matter your gender or age - if you have sex with someone who has gonorrhea (whether they know it or not) then you are at risk for contracting it. If you believe you are at risk, get tested so that you can be treated appropriately.
