Fever not specific: It's very common for women to have a later (or early) menstrual period from time to time. Pregnancy tests are very accurate in confirming or excluding pregnancy. I don't know if the two symptoms (delayed period and fever) are related. If you have pelvic or lower abdominal pain or nasty vaginal discharge, seek medical care without delay.
