Hyperthyroidism: Hi. Your tests show hyperthyroidism. Maybe it's a temporary thyroiditis or maybe it's Graves' disease (unlikely to be a toxic multi nodular with those numbers). Discuss a plan with your doctor to see what the cause is (that will determine what you do about it); you will probably be referred to an endocrinologist. Good luck!

Thyroiditis: If your thyroid tests were previously normal then this is acute thyroiditis and should return to baseline once infection is gone. You need to follow closely with your doc/endocrinologist and report symptoms like chest pain, palpitations (rapid heart beat). Your doctor may also want to control your BP and pulse with medication until it returns to normal. Further tests may be needed later.
