Start simple: It depends on whether or not you have other medical issues (high blood pressure, liver, kidney, stomach problems). Over the counter pain relievers like Acetaminophen (tylenol), Ibuprofen (motrin, etc), Naproxen (aleve) can be helpful, but if you have a chronic medical problem check with your primary doctor or pharmacist first.
