A member asked:

What white noise level should i listen to to make me sleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low as possible: White noise is often used to help shut out other noises and eases the transition from wakefulness to sleep for many people. Turn the volume as low as possible, as repeated exposure to any loud noise may result in small but cummulative hearing loss.
