No: If you are talking about blockages in the coronary arteries, the answer is no. The echo looks at the gross structure and function of the heart and valves.

Possibly: Echocardiogram, particularly if done after exercise or drug induced stress can demonstrate abnormal wall motion of the heart that correlate with areas of muscle with poor blood supply.
