Dark & oily stool with foul smelling gas. Colonoscopy removed polyp, normal. Not taking supplements. Diet is high on protein & veggies. Abdominal CT scan was normal. Been on omeprazole for 2 yrs for GERD due to hiatal hernia. What might cause this?
