A couple of weeks: Ileopsoas is a major muscle and takes a lot of pull to stretch it. By the same token, it takes a it longer for the damaged muscle fibers to heal. You should get a physical therapy referral soon to expedite the healing. Good luck. In the mean time, take anti inflammatory agents and warm soaks to help with discomfort.
