Not enough info...: Contact your pediatrician to answer your concerns. There are too many unanswered questions I have to be able to give educated advice beyond talk to someone live. How old is your son? How long vomiting? In US dexpanthenol is typically found in topical creams - so how/why did he ingest it? Speak to his doctor for specific advise as to whether he needs to be seen or how to treat the vomiting.

Emergency Room: Id go to the Emergency room due to ingestion of this substance and vomiting. Call your local Poison Control service and go to the Hospital with your son. Good luck
