NO: This sound much more like a urinary tract infection. Endometriosis will cause pelvic/abdominal pain and painful cycles.. Please see your GYN and get a urine analysis, culture and treatment for UTI.

Possibly: If your endometriosis/uterine tissue expanded all the way to your bladder and caused it to tug, that could explain some issues. Check your urine to make sure it is not an infection. If negative see your doctor for more answers.
