Please don't get: Caught up in this fad of rapid weight loss, as it often involves very restrictive diets which aren't sustainable and lead to significant rebound weight gain. Your best bet is to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, as in regular physical activity and a healthy portion controlled diet which focuses on colorful veggies and fruits, healthy fats from nuts/fish and lean proteins.
