Acne: We don't know your age and it is difficult to make recommendation without knowing that. Tetracycline is no longer prescribed for Acne due to its problems and much better alternatives so I'm not sure what you were on. Please talk to the doctor who was managing your Acne to determine how long it may take to clear the body.
