Floppy?: If soggy means very soft , difficult to talk and move this is a medical emergency. Please go to the hospital to confirm you are not having a neurological disorder such as a stroke.

Unable to say: A symptom of "soggy tongue" would not mean much to a Western trained physican. However to a Chinese practioner of Oriental Medicine this symptom would have signifigance as the tongue is central to the diagnosis od patients health. SEE http://bit.ly/1CS2xi6
