Early: You are very early in your pregnancy. Measuring the hormone levels does not predict how far along you are as accurately as using your last menstrual period. With numbers that low you are not far along, and it is too soon to be speculating on twins and triplets which are diagnosed by ultrasound not by HCG levels.
