I had a blood test done when i was 5 weeks & 1 day. (lmp 9/6 & blood test on 10/12). my hcg levels were 6, 185. is there a possibility its a multiple?

Yes: Hcg levels give us an approximate but are not reliable for definitely determining gestational age or multiples. An exam and ultrasound are best for determining the number of fetuses present. Your HCG level is within the range for a singleton as well.
