Why measure so often: I think I'm most curious about why you might have a repeat test 48 hours later. Are you bleeding? Is there a problem with your pregnancy? Especially not having any idea how many days/weeks pregnant you may be, it's impossible to interpret these numbers in this setting with such limited information. In fact, there is no unit of measure provided. Therefore I can't give you a helpful answer. Call OB.
