Blue hands: This is usually a sign that you have poor circulation in your hands. It may be something benign (not serious) but it can be a sign of lung disease, heart disease, high altitude, a Rheumatologic disease (such as lupus), or a number of other problems. Discuss with your Healthcare provider who can order some lab tests and do some imaging to give you further information.
