Organic cheese/vegie: I would use organic tomato sauce from a glass jar (cans have BPA) and a relatively small amount of organic cheese. I would use lots of organic veggies. Onions and mushrooms are esp. healthy. Adding pesto can also be good. If ambitious you can make a home-made whole-grain crust, but I like to use Amy's Roasted Vegetable frozen pizza & add organic cheese, extra veggies and pesto- quick & delicious!

Leaner pizza.: Just about any food can be made a bit leaner. As far as pizza, try with light or even no cheese. Try vegetable toppings rather than sausage or pepperoni. Thin crust rather than deep dish or Sicilian. And don't eat the whole thing - maybe two slices only. This would cut the calories a lot and sodium a bit.
