Many possibilities: To be certain, you'll need an exam. Could be: carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve (elbow), cervical 5-6 nerve, other muscle/nerve issues from low shoulder blade area, etc. A really good massage therapist may be able to isolate it - a neurologist could.
