Infected Seb cyst: Probably a sebaceous cyst now infected. Please see your PMD for exam and treatment. In the meantime, sitting in a warm bath and soaking would help dilate arteries to bring blood flow to the area for faster healing. Not always a good idea to pop skin lesions.

See your doctor: You need to see your doctor, as you may have an infection. Please do not pop any blisters, as this can make infection worse. You may use warm compresses or heating pad to help with the pain--ten minutes every hour. See doctor tomorrow or tonight if pain or swelling worsens. This may be from an infected hair follicle or from shaving this area.

Foliculitis : staph folliculitis in a groin or pubic area is common, and sometimes requires local incision and drainage. Please seek medical care to prevent further spread of infection, since MRSA is also possible
