Infected Seb cyst: Probably a sebaceous cyst now infected. Please see your PMD for exam and treatment. In the meantime, sitting in a warm bath and soaking would help dilate arteries to bring blood flow to the area for faster healing. Not always a good idea to pop skin lesions.

You may use warm compresses or heating pad to help with the pain--ten minutes every hour. See doctor tomorrow or tonight if pain or swelling worsens. This may be from an infected hair follicle or from shaving this area.

Foliculitis : staph folliculitis in a groin or pubic area is common, and sometimes requires local incision and drainage. Please seek medical care to prevent further spread of infection, since MRSA is also possible

Skin lesion: It could be a herpes lesion, molluscum contagiosum, or some other skin lesion. Get an evaluation.

GYN: This sounds like a Bartholin's cyst, abscess or vulvar infection. Get a GYN exam an definitive treatment.
