Many things: There are many things that can create a painless bump in the mons pubis or vulva. An inclusion cyst or blocked hair follicle can cause a painful or nonpainful bump. A wart from n HPV infection of another viral infection, molluscum contagiosum, can be present and create nonpainful bumps. Syphilis, too, may create such lesions though they are usually short lived. See your doctor if it persists.
