Rash from reaction to clindamycin since thursday just noticed scratch like streaks under armpit not sure if related or not very anxious?

No: If you only have the streaks under your armpits then it is unlikely a reaction to the clindamycin. You could be developing a fungal infection because you are on an antibiotic. You could try tinactin (tolnaftate) or other antifungal topical medication and if the rash worsens, see your doctor.
