Yes: Av blocking agents like Betablockers can be dangerous in WPW as the may facilitate the re entry pathway leading to degeneration to VT or VF

WPW syndrome: Wolf Parkinson White (WPW) is not generally serious, and "PVC's" are common in those without WPW as well. If the PVC's continue, see cardiologist/internist, since there are other conditions which can cause PVC's. This does not generally call for an ED visit.

No: If asymptomatic with no chest pain, headache, dizziness, or recurrence it is ok to continue medications and monitor until you can get in with your doctor. If you become symptomatic or it is frequently recurring go to closest ED.
