Depends: on what the lab normals are. In all the labs I've seen, you couldnt get a TSH of 511. 5.11 sure, which is slihglty above normal but NOT what you'd see with thyroid disease. Never seen a neutrophil count of 7.0 that was anything but totally normal. and... if the thyroid is going progressivley abnormal (hashimoto's) TPO antibody test is diagnostic
