LBP is in the muscle: LBP starts out as simple in the back, yours has got complicated due to the other complaints. Start self-care with a Wellness Program of Vits, Magnesium supplements, sleep hygiene, exercise, massage, yoga, heat, Epsom tub soaking, stretching and formal PT. move up to a Chiropractor. Then ask for dry or wet needling which is like acupuncture. Trigger point injections. No epidurals or surgery.
