Too soon, leave it.: If the scar was just removed, two weeks is too soon for wound healing to be complete and the residual inflammation and pigmentation to fade. Give it time before applying anything to the area of scar removal. Avoid the sun as that can cause permanently increased pigmentation during the wound healing phase. New incisions often take 3 months to fade from view.
