Mole scar: If the mole is completely removed this scar is no different than any other scar.

Probably nothing: If the mole was benign, you are left with a hopefully insignificant scar which will not cause any problems. If the scar looks bad, it can be revised by an oculoplastic surgeon or a general plastic surgeon. The mole is not scar tissue as it presumably is gone.
