Left groin pain: Without knowing your age, it is difficult to explain your symptoms, but a clear discharge with left sided pain is usually due to ovulation. With ovulation a small ovarian cyst will rupture, producing both pain and commonly a clear discharge. See your healthcare provider if pain persists.
