A member asked:

My fingers turn brown and also my palms, could i have crest syndrome?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Brown skin color is not a characteristic of CREST syndrome. You need Raynauds, GERD, telangiectasia, soft tissue calcifications and skin thickening for the diagnosis. If you are concerned, see a rheumatologist.
