What do you suggest if my two year old has a rash around her mouth, how do i get rid of it?

Rash: The most likely cause of this rash is lip-licking dermatitis. Some children frequently lick their lips, from nervousness or dryness. It causes irritation. I recommend using Neosporin ointment on and around the lips. It helps the skin heal and it doesn't taste good, so the kids stop licking it. If it isn't better, see your doctor.
