Pin reused: it is fine sometimes to use the same pin or post to rescuer a new build up or restoration of crown if the integrity of the margins are intact

Not recommended: because the endodontic cast post almost always has a poor fitting in the first place and cannot be reused. A new post and crown are recommended. Take care.
