Good Skin Hygiene: Quick daily showers (10-15min) in lukewarm water while avoiding harsh and drying cleansers. Pat away excess water and immediately apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Use at least twice a day. Treat eczema flares with prescription strength corticosteroid ointments. Wet dressings (wet wraps) at night with Aquaphor and chlorine baths if eczema is severe. See Allergist or Dermatologist.
