Shoulder Pain: Inflammation in the shoulder can cause pain and discomfort with various movements. Sometimes a pinched nerve in your neck can cause referred pain to the shoulder that causes a burning or pinching sensation. Make an appointment with an Orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder problems and they will be able to examine you and tell you if it is truly shoulder pain or referred neck pain.
