Exam needed: Unlikely a single pinched nerve. Neuropathy, parsonage turner syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome etc. Come to mind but exam is needed and next steps depend on the clinical signs. Neurology consultation and electrophysiological workup may help but see your primary doctor first to see what's going on.
