my uncle had a stroke and is suffering from brain hemorrhage. the stroke affected his right side. will he recover?

Likely will: In the first few days, the disability is certainly the worst, and over time, problems will improve somewhat, but not fully, unless very small area of damage. Rehab steps with physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech Rx, all may hasten his recovery.
