Lots of ideas: Benzoyl peroxide is your best friend right now; I trust you used it on combination with the tetracyclines. Keep using this, and perhaps add topical clindamycin. Systemic erythromycin with topical benzoyl peroxide kept me good for two decades. There's a host of others; some can only be taken by women. Best wishes

If minocycline is so effective against chlamydia, how come it is never prescribed by doctors for that? I have only seen it really get prescribed for acne and doxycycline is for chlamydia?
