Have it checked: Keep in mind the body is 75% water. During the warmer months, it can cause joints/capsules to swell and during the colder months will diminish. If you have injured it in the past, that can also affect the swelling. However, it also may be an indicator of an underlying arthritic disease. Consider talking to your primary care physician or see a podiatrist/foot & ankle specialist.
