Manage it: There's no quick fix for a pimple and nothing you can do on your own will touch a scar. Retinoic acid topically is a vitamin A derivative and it's also good for preventing pimples and may help fade post-inflammatoryp pigmentation. I hope that whether or not this meets your criteria for 'natural', you won't ignore what the 21st century has to offer you for Rx of this serious illness or any other.

There aren't any: Depressed scars are permanent; red / brown marks fade in months. I'm really sorry you ended up with these lesions, and I hope it was not the result of a caregiver's preference for "natural remedies" over treatments that actually work. Get with your personal physician about managing your disease; if it's scarring, you'll need prescription-strength Rx.

Are there sure ways to get rid of this acne scar that looks like an acne bump?

Inject or shave: Some bump type scars can be treated with a steroid injection to shrink the scar. Some may be easily reduced by shaving the bump down to the level of the surrounding skin.

Yes. There aren't.: This is the 21st century and you owe it to yourself to use remedies that actually work. Your physician can manage acne using compounds that are gifts from mother nature -- benzoyl peroxide, the retinoic acid derivatives, isotretinoin, and the wonderful antibiotics made by natural micro-organisms. Acne is a chronic, serious disease and requires real rx.
