Tough: You need to consult dermatologists. They may use dermabrasion, chemical peels or laser to smoothen the scars. Result? Depends how you expect. Impossble to be perfect.

Seek Dermatologist: There are several types of acne scars which extend from deep pits, the depressed atrophic scars and thick more raised boxcar type scars. There are several modalities to treat them from chemical peels to fractional co2 laser resurfacing and pulse dye lasers. Treatment depends on the type of scar. See a dermatologic surgeron who specializes in this area.
