Great diet: It means you are eating enough high fiber and fluids to make a nice soft quickly passing stool The darker and harder the stool, the less fiber and fluids in the diet. You are to be commended. Fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes and nuts are all high in fiber- and don't forget the whole grains. They are all part of a well balanced diet. Keep it up. Congratuations
