my 3 month old has gray colored stool he also has dark yellow urine be a problem with his liver i have not changed his diet i'm strictly breastfeeding?

Doubtful: Transient stool color change is very common and is hardly a serious problem. Dark yellow urine is a concentrated one. True liver disease results in chalk colored stool with dark tea color urine.
