Normal : The surgeons use different kinds of suture material depending on the intended purpose. If there's no complications like bleeding or pus this is considered reasonable time for suture To dissolve.

Perfectly...: Perfectly normal if resorbable sutures were used. Did Oral Surgeon tell you that sutures would fall out on their own, or that you would have to return for removal? Please call your Oral Surgeon's office for additional information.
