Here are some ...: Clearly, you've rising PSA after definitive Rx with radical prostatectomy (RP), which implies: 1. local recurrence, 2. spread to nearby sites such as regional LNs, or 3. spread to fart sites such as lungs, ribs, spine, pelvis, hips, etc. At 43 (if you), you should be reassessed so to decide when and how to initiate active intervention / Rx. So, see the treating Doc timely.
