Possibly: There are both benign and malignant (primary or metastatic (spread from a cancer elsewhere) tumors of the adrenal gland, Some give symptoms from the secretion of hormones or other substances. Any 6cm adrenal requires a through evaluation for malignancy and possible resection. He needs to be evaluated soon by a physician wello verrsed in adrendal tumors.
